Cancellation Policy

By enrolling on a course, you agree to the following key terms. 1. Cancellations & Refunds Advance cancellation by learner 28+ days’ notice: Full refund of course fees paid (excluding any non‑refundable deposit). 14–27 days’ notice: 50% refund of course fees paid (excluding any non‑refundable deposit). Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund. 72-hour administration fee (£70) If you cancel within 72 hours of making your booking, a mandatory £70 admin fee will be deducted from any refund due, regardless of when the course is scheduled. Non-attendance / course failure No refund will be given if you: Do not attend (no-show) Arrive too late to be admitted or complete the required hours Fail to complete the course or assessment for reasons not attributable to Trap Training UK A £150 rebooking fee applies if you wish to join a future course after non‑attendance or failure to complete. Exam retakes may be offered at our discretion and will incur additional fees, confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non‑refundable in all circumstances, unless Trap Training UK cancels the course. Cancellation by Trap Training UK We may cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, trainer illness, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive either: A full refund of fees paid (including any deposit), or A free transfer to another available course date. We are not liable for additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings). Refund processing Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. 2. Conduct & Behaviour To maintain a safe and professional environment, all learners must behave respectfully towards trainers and other participants. Trap Training UK may dismiss a learner from the course without refund for: Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour Harassment or discrimination of any kind Being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances Repeated disruption or refusal to follow reasonable instructions Contact for cancellations and queries: tom@traptraining.co.uk Policy last updated: 21/02/2026 Trap Training UK may amend this policy from time to time.
